SCHOOL FEES
Entrance Fees is the same as the monthly Fee.
(1) Fees should be paid on or before 15t of each month otherwise pupils may not be admitted into the class and be liable to a fine.
(2) FEES FOR THE MONTHS OF APRIL AND MAY ARE TO BE PAID IN APRIL BEFORE THE PUPILS APPEAR FOR THE ANNUAL EXAMINATION
(3) Pupils who have not paid their fees will not be allowed to appear for examination.
4) Junior students should not be entrusted with the payment of fees.
5) Fees will be received daily. Amount once paid will not refundable in any case whatever.
(6) H. S. C. & S. S. C. Students will have to clear their fees up to May by December.
(7) In Secondary and Junior College students belonging to B.C., E.B.C., N.T, S.T. and O.B.C. will be granted concession according to the Government Rules. To avail of this facility the prescribed form should be obtained and submitted to the office before the stipulated date. Incomplete forms will not be accepted
(8) Fee concession will be granted only to those students who are good in studies and in discipline.
(9) THE PARENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT FOURTH CHILD IS NOT ENTITLED FOR ANY KIND OF FREESHIPS
(10) All the students are granted free ships, if,
(Î) They should produce a certificate of residence in Maharashtra.
(ii) The students should have passed the previous classes.
(iii)The students should not be the 4th child.
(iv)The students should maintain 75% of attendance per
term.
FEES FOR JUNE WILL BE COLLECTED IF THE LEAVING CERTIFICATE IS NOT COLLECTED BEFORE THE RE-OPENING DAY
ADMISSION
1. Each pupil seeking admission to the school should produce a Leaving Certificate if he/she comes from a recognized school and if from States other than Maharashtra the Leaving Certificate should be duly countersigned by the Educational Authority of the Particular District.
2. All the students who have passed Sr. KG. and want to take admission in Std. I and Std. IV to S td. V should take re-admission.
3. A pupil, who seeks admission to the school for the first time, will have to produce his/her Birth Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
4. Pupil who completes 5 years on 31s July can be admitted to standard I (and progressively to other classes). Each pupil at the same time of admission will have to pay an admission fees equivalent to the monthly fee. In Junior College no admission will be given on Duplicate L. C.
WITHDRAWALS
Application for the Leaving Certificate should be submitted in the prescribed form which is attached to the calendar duly signed by the Parent/Guardian and applicant should call at the School Office after a week’s time or send a self-addressed and stamped envelope if the same is to be posted.
Fee for the whole term will have paid if a pupil joins or leaves the school during the term.
First Term : June to October
Second Term : November to May
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
1. No pupil will be allowed to be absent without obtaining leave in advance
2. If a pupil is late or absent, he/she must bring a written explanation in the ‘Absence Record’ in his/her Calendar. The School disclaims all responsibilities if a boy/girl is obliged to return home during school hours
3. Parents/Guardians who wish to detain their children at home for any reason should apply for Leave in the prescribed `Leave Record in the Calendar as well as produce a Leave Letter on fool’scap paper as per the draft provided in the calendar for School record
4. In case of long leave, the class teacher should be informed beforehand and a permission to be sought.
5. Truancy must be checked by Parents / Guardians / Teachers
6. Names of pupils who have been absent for more than 3 months without permission will be struck off the roll and as a rule they will not be re-admitted
7. Pupils must return after the holidays on the reopening day. In case of sickness the school authorities must be notified and a Doctor’s Certificate should be produced along with application on fools’cap paper as per the draft provided in the calendar.
8. Holidays will be granted as prescribed for educational Institution by the Government of Maharashtra
EXAMINATION
1. Two Unit Tests/Formative Examinations and Two Semester Examinations/Summative Examinations will be held in the course of the year.
2. Pupils absenting from the examinations without grave reasons will be considered as having failed. Pupils absenting from any examination including P. T. will not be re examined
3. In order to be eligible for appearing for the Second Semester Examination, the pupils.
- Must have paid all fees and dues by the 15th of March.
- Must have returned all the books taken from the Book Bank and School Library.
- Must have done the extra reading prescribed for the standards
- Must not have remained absent for more than 25% Of the number of working days during the year.
- Must have preserved the calendar with all details filled therein
- No text books, note books or other papers are to be brought into the Examination Hall.
- A pupil not carrying out the instruction given by the supervisor will be liable to be expelled from the Examination Hall.
PROGRESS REPORT OF THE PUPILS
The Results of the Examination will be entered in the Progress Report every time an Examination or Test is held. The Progress Report is designed to appraise Parents Guardians of the progress and conduct of their pupils. The School authorities will hand over this to each pupil immediately after results of the Examinations are announced. The Progress Report should be returned to the School duly signed by the parents/guardians as a token of acknowledgment of having been brought to them
Co-operation of parents/guardians is earnestly requested and they are required to
(1) E nsure that Reports are brought to them regularly and returned to the school authorities within three days. Pupils who do not return the Progress Reports with the signature of their parents/guardians within the specified period are liable to be sent out of the classes.
(2) Go through the report card and sign after each summative examination without fail.
(3) Should take effective and suitable steps in case the pupil’s conduct and the general behaviour are reported by the school authorities to be unsatisfactory.
4) See that the pupils do their allotted homework & prepare their lesson regularly by devoting as much time as possible
SPECIAL ATTENTION OF PARENTS / GUARDIANS
The attention of parents / guardians is particularly invited to the fact that inspite of periodical reports bringing to their notice the progress and conduct of their pupils. If no visible improvement is observed either in their conduct in that case the school authorities will be constrained to take action against such pupils as they deem fit including the removal of the pupils from the school. Any pupil found tempering with the entries of marks in the Progress Card is liable to be detained in the same standard or removed from the roll. Students indulging in any kind of malpractices during any Examination or Test will be dealt severely by taking strict disciplinary action.
UNIFORM
All pupils must come to school in the prescribed uniforms
On Monday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Boys: Grey Shorts, White Shirt With Grey Stripes (half sleeves)and grey Tie with white stripes (I-X) and Grey colour Belt.
Punjabi Boys should wear grey Turban.
Other Boys must have Military-Hair cut.
Long Pants can be worn by boys from VIII-XII only.
Girls: Grey Pinafore and white Shirt with Grey stripes (I-VII),Grey Tie with white stripes and grey girdles.
Jr, Collage: Boys: Grey pants, white shirt with grey stripes (half sleeves) and grey tie with white stripes (I- XII) and Grey Odani.
Girls who have long hair should tie their hair in two plaits with black ribbon.
Footwear for all Students (I to XII):
a. Monsoon season – all weather Black shoes or sandals
b. No Chappals/Slippers are allowed
- Students must respect their School Uniform. It should be regularly washed, ironed and well maintained
- The School Uniforms must be used daily at School and all school functions/programmes, field trips and excursions organised by the School.
- A Student must wear School Badge daily while attending the school
- Students are not allowed to wear any ornaments and wrist watches for the sake of their personal safety.
- No Mehandi, Tattoo, Kajal, ornaments (except small ear studs for girls) are allowed.
- Boys are not allowed to wear steel bangles, bracelets etc Sikh boys can wear light-weight sharpless kada
- Pupils are responsible for the safe custody of their books and other belongings
Discipline
For the information of the Parents/Guardians we quote below extracts from the S.S.code.
A. Regularity and implicit obedience should be insisted upon
B. Politeness or courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person are expected
C. Pupils are expected to realize that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils would make them liable to disciplinary action
D. Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management and that the management has the right to say on what conditions they will admit or withdraw pupils in the school provided such condition are in-conformity with the S.S.Code and the instructions issued by the Director of Education of the Education Officer.
E. Pupils shall not take part in any political activities
F. Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly or willfully mischievous or is guilty of unauthorized alterations in Leaving Certificate or in the opinion of the Principal has an unwholesome influence on these fellow pupils may be removed from rolls with the permission of the deputy director. The removal may be temporary or permanent according to the gravity of the offence.
G. Any serious breach of discipline, courtesy and disrespect to the members of the school staff will be treated as serious and pupils responsible for misbehaviour will be summarily dismissed after proper warning to the student and parents / guardians. No mobiles, calculator or Tabs are allowed to be used or brought to School by the students.
